Shipping policy

1. Where We Ship

We ship anywhere in the United States from Denver, Colorado. We do not ship internationally yet.

2. Shipping Cost

  • Orders of $40 or more: free shipping (USPS Ground Advantage, typically 3–4 business days).
  • Orders under $40: $1.88 flat (USPS Ground Advantage, typically 3–4 business days). A single pouch at full price qualifies for free shipping; a single pouch bought with a discount code ships for $1.88.
  • Faster USPS services are offered at checkout at carrier rates.

3. When Your Order Ships

In-stock orders ship within 24 hours. Pre-order items show their ship date on the product page; you are charged in full at checkout and the order ships by that date. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships.

Delivery times are carrier estimates and can run longer during holidays and severe weather.

4. Discreet Packaging

Every order ships in a plain brown box. No product name and no branding appear anywhere on the outside.

5. Tracking

You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder, then email us.

6. Address Changes

Email us right away if you need to change your address. We can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped. If a package comes back to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address, email us and we'll sort out a reshipment.

7. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows delivered and you can't find the package, check with neighbors and household members and give it 48 hours; carriers sometimes scan packages early. If it's still missing after that, email us and we'll look into it with the carrier and make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo of the box and contents and we'll replace it at no cost.
